These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you access or use expnd.co. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
“EXPND”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating the EXPND brand and website. “You” means the person using the website and, where applicable, the organisation they represent.
2. Website information
The website provides general information about EXPND and its current partnership model. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice. We aim to keep the website accurate and current, but information may change and may not be complete for your circumstances.
3. Enquiries and EXPND partnerships
Sending an email, selecting “Join EXPND” or discussing a possible partnership does not require either party to proceed and does not create a service contract. We may accept or decline an enquiry.
Any paid partnership, including its start date, fees, tax treatment, payment terms, scope, intellectual property, confidentiality and termination arrangements, will be governed by a separate written agreement accepted by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls in relation to the paid services.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to:
- break any law or infringe another person’s rights;
- introduce malicious code or interfere with the website’s security or operation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or information;
- misrepresent your identity or authority; or
- scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit the website in a way that is not permitted by law.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, EXPND owns or licenses the website’s design, branding, text, graphics and other content. You may view and make a reasonable temporary copy for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of EXPND. No other licence is granted.
EXPND, its logo and associated brand elements must not be used without prior written permission. Ownership of work created for a partner is addressed separately in the applicable service agreement.
6. Information you send us
You remain responsible for information you send and confirm that you have the right to share it. You permit us to use that information to respond to your enquiry and evaluate or deliver a potential partnership. Sending material does not transfer ownership of it to EXPND.
Please do not send highly confidential information before we have agreed on appropriate confidentiality and handling arrangements.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may link to third-party websites or services. They are controlled by their operators and may have different terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse or control the third party.
8. Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. You are responsible for using suitable security and maintaining your own systems and backups.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, our practices or applicable law. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from that point.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
